- 1st time wash with vinegar & soap
- Fill unit at least 2/3 full
- Rinse and drain veggies before cooking
- Soak unit WHILE eating
- Use MOIST paper towel with SURFACE MASTER cleanser
- Use high heat
- Lift lid to check food
- Put a hot pan under cold water
- Use a sponge or cloth with SURFACE MASTER
- Use dry SURFACE MASTER on outside surfaces
