  • 1st time wash with vinegar & soap
  • Fill unit at least 2/3 full
  • Rinse and drain veggies before cooking
  • Soak unit WHILE eating
  • Use MOIST paper towel with SURFACE MASTER cleanser
NEVER...
  • Use high heat
  • Lift lid to check food
  • Put a hot pan under cold water
  • Use a sponge or cloth with SURFACE MASTER
  • Use dry SURFACE MASTER on outside surfaces
